Heather's vacuum was not working and she told my sister-in-law that one of ours was smoking and the other didn't work well . I wasn't here so I don't know. I would think that hers should be working.

I have used Merry Maids for many years and really like their cleaning. If not, which is rare, they make it right. When I arrive home, the house is shiny and smells good. I like the products they use in cleaning my home.
