What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

I like the lemon oil used on my furniture and when the cleaning is finished--I like the clean, fresh smell all over the house. So much of what I like about the cleaning has to do with my main cleaner, Sarah. She really does a nice job and deserves extra credit for that.

Same professioal cleans my home. She does an outstanding job. Office staff is always willing to help in scheduling problems or changes. Just had windows cleaned by a referral from MM and he did a great job. Very happy with MM and the services they provide.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

Our cleaning crew is the most committed of all the people we have ever used. The Merry Maids Office coordinator is extremely dedicated, responsive and accessible for concerns. The cost is comparable to others, but the service and quality cannot be matched.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

Very friendly, completely committed to their job; listened to my needs about how I wanted the house cleaned; willing to do a little extra for me from time to time; if they missed something there wasn't an issue and it was done over; very thorough; about as nitpicky and I am!; and the best part is-I DON'T HAVE TO CLEAN. I am loving it immensly and it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. And as the old saying goes, "if Mama's happy, everyones happy".

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

I just think it is wonderful to come home on Fridays and have my home clean and ready for me to enjoy for the weekend. I work a busy stressful job and I have a toddler too. I prefer to spend my free time with my son and not cleaning the house. I am fortunate enough to use the Merry Maids to help me out so I can do this. It is worth every penny!

I like that you can change or add special requests the day before they come out to clean. They also do a little extra everytime they clean.
