When Merry Maids comes to clean my apartment it is cleaned and smells clean and fresh. My 5 yr old grandson always states that the bathroom sparkles when it is cleaned and that last for many days

The crews were efficient and completed the cleaning within the time they said they would! The only thing I wish they did that they didn't do was clean the draws in the kitchen. Booking was easy and I felt like the right was fair! Thank you for cleaning both our homes (the one we sold AND the one we moved into)!

The personnel show up on time.Only once have we had an issue with cleaning (hardwood floors) and that has been corrected.

Nancy, our initial contact, has been so very nice and responsive to each and every question and inquiry. Carmen, who actually came to our home, was very professional over the phone. We have only had one cleaning, but they did a great job and you could tell that they attend to the details.

Thus far, I feel that we are getting a team of professionals who actually take pride in their chosen art/passion for cleaning. This is truly an art and I feel we need a team who has a real passion and interest in what they do.

I like it the Merry Maids takes care of their staff and provides insurance and it is run as a business.
