The ladies who come for service now are very efficient. They clean to the minutest detail, actually listen to our requests, and are friendly. The cleaning products do the job well, are mild (the way I want).

I appreciated the owner coming by to introduce himself. The maids worked hard and very quickly. I would have rated them a 10, but I think everyone has room for improvement. I've never had help with housekeeping before, so I did not know what to expect. I'll be better prepared when they come back next week. Overall, I'm satisfied.

CaSandra, Candice and you, as the franchise owner, are to be commended for your level of customer service above and beyond the parameters of office manager, field service representative, and business owner, especially in a high demand, appointment oriented environment.
On July 31, 2017 I called your office around 9AM for a same-day appointment to provide a “deep clean” service for my son, a recent college graduate, who shared a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment with other college students. Needless to say, the place was in need of service in order to be inspected by the property management personnel by 6PM on the same day. The job was too big for me to handle.
When I explained the situation to CaSandra she sprung into action and made room in your busy schedule. She dispatched Candice and you (Mr. Hawkins) to clean the apartment and professional clean the carpets in the 2 bedrooms. Candice cleaned with precision and continuously asked me to inspect her work to ensure customer satisfaction.
When the management representatives showed up they commented that they rarely find an apartment in such great move-in condition! One representative commented on the cleanliness of the carpets.

I truly enjoying Merry Maids. They do suburb work. All of the workers are pleasant and enthusiastic.

I have had a very good experience, but this month I did have to dust some of my furniture after the lady left. I do like the products, they make the house smell good and my kitchen and bathrooms always look good and smell great.
