This was our first time using Merry Maids and I am so glad we did!! Buying and moving into a new home is stressful enough- but not as much with Merry Maids. Chris, Cassandra, and the wonderful professionals that cleaned our "new" home so that we may move in did such an awesome job and made us feel so at ease- that we used them to prepare our condo for "move-out" and will be adding them to our monthly household services. Everyone was professional, prompt, and patient- putting myself and my husband at ease from day 1. No longer a stressed out new home owner- now a very HAPPY client- THANK YOU!!!

I like the fact someone calls me the day before for a reminder. It would be nice if the person cleaning my house would call before arriving on the day of service. The only complaint I have is that there were a few areas that were not cleaned or dusted accurately . But otherwise, the person cleaning does good job.
