The service is very convenient and my house is clean when I get home. The only disappointing factor is they do not move area rugs in the bathroom to mop there (at least I was told they don't move them). I was also told they don't move more than a few things around on the kitchen counter to clean. That makes me wonder if they go around everything (like picture frames) when they dust and vacuum.
