As a branch manager I have been reluctant to provide feedback as I do not want it interpreted that I stacked the NPS score. However, I have had multiple cleanings by Kim now and feel that this last cleaning on June 17 was outstanding! She has been consistent and paying attention to the details that bother me. She is deserved of the rating and the recognition for a job well done!

I am a very OCD person when it comes to a clean house. They did a fantastic job. I only found one area that they didn't dust, which was the top of my pantry. No big deal and I was thrilled with the cleanliness! Great job!
