Lynn does a great job.

It depends on who they send. Lynn stays long enough to do a good job. Those who were staying less than an hour really didn't do what I thought. The products are fine and not something that bothers my allergies. The girls have been careful not to damage anything. I have recommended Merry Maids.

Two of my friends were not satisfied with their initial cleaning. Both had called to ask for help. Their calls were not returned! I was embarrassed by that.

Friendly, and efficient! All of my questions were answered when i had them and i loved that i got a folder explaining my service and a time table of when maids would be coming. I also liked that a quality control agent came out as well, which shows to me the dedication to making the service great.

Lynn spent 2 hours thoroughly cleaning down to the little stuff. She made everything sparkle. She cleaned our kitchen chandelier beautifully. The products used were not offensive to my allergies. Lynn is super! She is the best yet! She is a pleasure to have around!

Timely service, friendly workers, electric stove top did not clean up very well. I have no idea what was used to clean it. I was hoping it would clean up better.
There were a few things I pointed out and they went back and redid them graciously. I was pleasantly surprised when someone showed up to check their work and she pointed out a few things I missed!
The house smelled wonderful. Overall, pleased!

I was so thankful that you were able to help out on short notice, that the ladies that came to my mom's house had bright, cheery attitudes, and that you send out people to help ensure the quality of the cleaning. Great experience all the way around!
