The ladies are generally quick, agreeable, clean, and do their jobs well. The products do not take my breath away as some cleaning products do - however, they do get the house clean.

Your team does what it is expected to do. Your type of service does not do any picking up, and I understand not knowing WHAT is WHAT, they cannot be expected to. The team you have switched to recently has MUCH improved the cleaning job here. They don't just go through the motions, they actually are looking to clean. That is very nice, and I'm glad you offered another crew.

The staff is always friendly and professional and trust worthy. They always do a great job, I have never had a problem.
