I was very pleased with the quick response once I entered my information online. It was within a matter of minutes. I scheduled an evaluation/walk-thru and had someone out the very next day to clean my house!!! Lindsey was very professional and thorough. She requested a quick tour, then went straight to work. I cannot express enough how pleased I was with her attention to detail and deep clean! She was also polite, friendly, and made me feel like she cared about my home. I love the stainless steel products used on my appliances. I also like the nice smell when I walk in the door after work or after I have been traveling from out of town. I definitely don't like the woodsy one which was used once. No, not at all.

I love, love, love the work and hard efforts Jess gives. When the call comes the day before, if there is something I need to bring to her attention, I know that I can come home and not worry that it hasn't been handled.

I have been very satisfied. Matter-of-fact, I took my service from every two weeks to once a month and just didn't like that so now back to every two weeks, and got Jess back on that schedule - YAY!!
