I like the attention to the bathrooms and the fact that the cleaning people bring equipment and cleaning products. It has been a little inconsistent depending on the person and would like more attention to the dusting under furniture. Overall happy with the bigger picture but feel like there can be more attention to dusting ant details.
You stand by your service. If something is not done to the customer’s satisfaction, you will intervene immediately.
Everything smells and feels clean to the touch
Once you get the right maid who meets your expectations, it's great. Having the same person helps rotate the tasks so everything stays clean at the same time. A good personality makes for a fun easy visit. I am lu ky with Lynn.

Seems very thorough on first visit. Really like the refreshing scent left behind using some disinfectant spray I would imagine.
Most important to us is the consistency of cleaning over time.
Everything smells so good when they leave...they usually clean places we didn't even know we have..I like the little detail work too, like refolding the bathroom towels, and cleaning the inside of the microwave...places and things I forget about...and I love the Murphy's oil...

Lynn is very thorough. She works hard and aims to please. She gets "the corners". She is friendly and caring. The cleaners she uses are not offensive to our noses. She makes us feel good about staying home!
