We are extremely happy with the service, professionalism and friendliness of Tinika, who cleans for us weekly. We recently had Aysia fill in one week while Tinika was off. I didn't answer the survey that week because I was not able to leave a zero rating and because my normal experience is very different.
The products used are effective and don't leave a lingering smell.
I appreciate how quietly Tinika moves through the house.
I appreciate her timeliness. When I received a text message that she's on her way I can tell down to the minute when she will be arriving.
The Merry Maids company, and Chris more specifically, have responded quickly if I've had a question and honored my requests if I needed something specific. Chris is always very professional and friendly.

The refrigerator needed more attention. I will remove the magnets next time, and perhaps
a better job would be done. The area that did not come clean previously in the bathroom
was addressed during this visit, and was better.

I used Merry Maids for the first time for a deep clean of my house to prepare it to be listed. When I saw their work after the team finished, I was ecstatic!

I like the fact that, because Merry Maids is a business, the business takes care of all required paper work for the employees. Merry Maids makes me feel better about traveling and missing fairly large chunks of time away from home. If I had one independent cleaning person, I would worry about him or her losing pay during my time away.
I am not sure about all the cleaning products used but am aware that Merry Maids will honor specific requests to use or not use specific products. It is also helpful that the people come with everything they need to do the cleaning; I don't have to remember to buy anything.
As should be expected, quality of the cleaning work varies from one individual to another. I have been pleased with both the people I've had on a more-or-less regular basis.

I liked the quick response in arranging a home visit for a quote, the timeliness of the appointment and they way the house cleaners answered my questions and efficiently cleaned my parents home! Thanks for helping me out!
