The cleaners were friendly and the cleaning products seemed to work well. The apartment smelled much better after they were done and they even found items I thought I lost.

Just had the deep cleaning - overall our reaction was "better than expected, not as good as we hoped". There were parts of the home where we went "Wow" but there were other areas where it seemed like they rushed through and missed things. But since there were only a few areas that needed work, we were able to tackle them ourselves. We're interested to see how things work out overtime.
