I've been very happy with Merry Maids ever since we started our work together in January of 2018. Communication by phone and text let's me know when to expect your arrival. Knowing we are on a regular day's schedule that I can count on with only an occasional change is important to me. I also like the quality of the cleaning products which leave a very fresh but not overwhelming scent. And Katherine has been great. I look forward to seeing her each visit.

With only a few exceptions, the staff that have been here to clean have been wonderful and I have always been very pleased with the cleanliness of my home once they have been finished. Also I appreciate the communication that I received from MM, for reminding me of my appointments and updating me on the arrival of the staff.

Well the initial cleaning was less than impressive. We are interested in requesting a different Merry Maids person for subsequent cleanings.

Your products are great. I love our gleaming wood floors. For the most part, everything is well cleaned. But every once in a while, something is forgotten, most often the wood on the back hall stairs or some picture frames. All in all, very satisfied with each one who has come!

You were able to dust and clean with your good products. Most of the areas were cleaned very well. Was glad the “inspector” came back and finished the job thoroughly.
You work your schedule around ours. Also Katherine is a great person and I enjoy when she comes in. She also does an excellent job.

I am very grateful that MM is so flexible in scheduling and is very good at communicating with us. First name removed cleaning is typically done well. However, if there are issues they take every effort to correct them and make adjustments.
Basic cleaning is always provided. The house looks and smells fresh upon completion.
