We have been so pleased with Merry Maids! They are willing to listen to and fulfill requests we have had over the first year of being customers. The house cleaners are very good and pleasant people. The pandemic has been a challenge for everyone, but Merry Maids always stayed in touch with us during their closing and continue to stay in touch with us regarding our service from them. We feel especially fortunate to have Jenny as our house cleaner, with her numerous years of experience and her friendly and pleasant personality! We also so appreciate the service we receive from the administration--Julie, Laurie and Lisa! It is a pleasure doing business in every way with the Mequon, WI office of Merry Maids!
We like having a supervisor to speak with if we are not pleased. They staff seem to be well trained and move very efficiently through our home.
