Almost everything was clean. A couple small things were missed, but overall my home was great. I like there products because there was not streaks or wet areas left. All of them left my home smelling nice. It was a big job and it was done well.

I appreciate that they get right to work when they arrive and that if they are new to the house they review the instructions re. the details that are important to me and we often have a brief conversation about the particulars. when they are running late, there is always a phone call and if I'm going to be away from the house, I appreciate that I can call and leave instructions.

the cleaning products do not make me sneeze. the ladies are always pleasant and get right to business. it would be nice to have the same "maids" every week.

I like that if the work is not done correctly you come back and make it right. And,you always show up on my cleaning day no matter what, also very flexible about adjusting cleaning day around our travels. Theresa is a gem!

The ladies were friendly, wanted my input and we're very diligent to the little details. Our house is undergoing some remodeling after our move and they kindly worked around our mess and left the house clean and shining. Loved the laminate floor cleaning products.
