Pleasant staff, responsive to special requests such as avoiding the use of cleaning suplies/chemicals my family family is sensitive to or specific items which might need special attention, ie; preparing for a party.

They know how to clean better than I do. I know how to run the vacuum down the middle of the hallway, do my laundry and clean my dishes.
