I was very pleased with the service I received, though a couple obvious things were missed. Even after I asked the guy to clean the window track, in the bedroom, he only cleaned one side. Had he closed the window he would have seen that the track on the other side needed to be cleaned, and that there was a dead fly clinging to the glass, which tells me he obviously didn't wash the window itself, either.

The woman, I think her name was Ashley, even cleaned out my nasty bathtub drain, which by itself was worth the price of admission.

Even with those couple bad marks, I'll definitely make another appointment.

Cleaning products are great. Smell nice. House airways feels very clean after.

Cleaners are friendly. Like the fragance they use afterwards and the little touches of toilet paper decoration. I get different cleaners and some do great but others tend to miss spots. Not consistent.

I routinely recommend Merry Maids. The women who clean my house do a very good job. I've always found the towel-folding and toilet-paper folding thing that you have them do is a waste of time. I don't need a toilet paper triangle or a sticker on my toilet paper that I have to throw away. So, I'm happy with my service, but I wish the company would stop asking its employees to do things that don't actually involve cleaning.

You have done a wonderful job at my parents' house. They have been so thankful, and since it's not at our own house, Merry Maids have been so good to notify me of the time of each visit so I can remind my parents and make sure they remember to havea check out.
