I have the best crew at Merry Maids (in my opinion). I can depend on them to do the job without my having to check up on them or tell them that they forgot something. Amy and Teresa clean my apartment in a professional manner and are good examples of what a "cleaning team" should be like. I have had other people clean for me in the past and they did not do as good a job in as reasonable a period of time.

Amy and Theresa are the reasons we continue our Merry Maids service. Every time they come by the house, it feels as if our home has undergone a complete spring cleaning..they are the only ones that get all of those little areas that most people just seem to overlook (like under the couch, behind an end table) and they take the initiative to try to fix something that doesn't seem right.

Merry Maids cleans to my specifications and very thoroughly. They work with your schedule and are always very professional and friendly. The products are never too strong, but they have enough strength to leave the scent of freshness behind. I wouldn't trade my team for anything!

The ladies that have come have always been very friendly, very professional, and always helpful. They make sure they take the time to ask if there are any areas that I really want focused on that day for cleaning. One of the reasons I hired Merry Maids on a weekly basis was so that all of the little areas that you might not get regularly (such as cleaning the lights or the baseboards) would receive attention and get cleaned regularly. The ladies do a wonderful job and I am very pleased with all of the services provided to date.

I love the detail work...such as folding toilet paper and towels. I do like the cards that they leave as well with any comments.

A little more attention to detail. Megan was here last week and she was able to get hard water spots out of mb sink. she was really good.
I've noticed in the past that not all the dusting gets done. And sometimes the dusting is done around the doiles or runners & they should be lifted up & dusted & then replaced.

The ladies are prompt in being here when they say they will and are friendly and courteous.
I have no problems with the products and my home always as that"clean" smell to it when they leave. They are very professional I feel confident leaving them in my home and go about my errands.

When they're done the house is spotless from end to end.
