Kati is an excellent team leader. She was the first team leader that started my service. A substitute team did the work for a little over a month after that and they did not provide the same high standard service. When Kati returned it was impressive to have her remember the preferences and schedule of cleaning we discussed initially. Even though the subsequent team leader was on her crew, I assume for training, she had to be reminded of the details of the process that had been discussed on the first visit.
