Love the reminders via email. The gals are always on time. If I need to, I feel very comfortable in leaving a note to pay attention to whatever I may want done. The gals leave a note as to what was done for that particular cleaning.

It's great love the service. However, this last cleaning was the first in a couple years the bed was not made. As well multiple items were rearranged in the kitchen. Most notably a coffee maker that was moved across the room and pluged in resulting in a burnt coffee maker and an increased electrical bill due to me not returning to the house for 3 weeks after the cleaning.

On time, always thorough, and always courteous.

Girls do a great job & products are good!

They are very good,also the maids this last time were (Jody & Amber ) we're quite efficient. However, they did miss a couple of thing

Girls are friendly and work hard. The products are not harsh as I have sensitivities. They always come on time. I am very happy!

The Merry Maids are always efficient and do an excellent job that is always thorough. I also like the fact that they are only there for little over an hour.
They are always dependable, trained well and courteous. I am very gratefully that they come to clean my house every two weeks.
