The service is great. Danielle Duffey did a deep clean on Tuesday 05/20/14, and did a wonderful job. She was very careful,and polite, we look forward to her next visit in two weeks.

My house is always thoroughly clean when Brittany leaves. She makes extra effort on troublesome areas.

I loved the floors and how well the beds were made. I also liked the little touches (sticker on the tolut paper ect)

I do not like all of the products, I do provide a few of my own. However, I would pay for the cinnamon carpet spray, absolutely love it!! When you first started it was greAt and things were occasionally overlooked or less than I'd liked with dusting, kitchen floor etc...though I still was happy and chose not to say anything because I didn't know what to expect and I was ok about it. This week we had traci Rutherford and everything was done cleaned and shiney. As far as products you use I am not so happy with how clean it gets the shower tile in the small bathroom but floors , dusting and all are great.

Your folks are very friendly and have been mostly supportive to my unique needs, even as they change under extreme circumstances. Your firm is easy to work with regarding schedule changes. While turnover is present with most companies, it is very comforting to have the same individual take care of my needs and cuts down on items missed in the home. My recent service was very thoughtful and we miss Sara.
