I like the fact that you are on time ( or your repsenative) I like that someone comes behind the person that cleans and checks to see if all was done-them seeing things and having it corrected then is must better than the cleint telling someone after the fact-The person that cleans is cleaning all the time ( unlike some I have had in the pass, were talking on phone or going outside many times to smoke)

Arrival windows are accurate. Nikki's cleaning products leave the house smelling fresh and clean. When anyone is home, she will work around us without being intrusive. She is also willing to pay more attention to specific areas if requested.

I like everything about Merry Maid products and services. Our cleaning person is very professional as well as friendly. I feel completely at ease about her being here by herself and confident that she will secure our home when she leaves. It is so wonderful to have her here. I have worked all my life and this is the one thing my husband promised me when I retired. I am disabled and though I get around pretty well, I can't do the usual household chores like vacuuming, cleaning the bathrooms, mopping, etc., without suffering from it for a week or so. So, yes, we love everything about your service.

I like that my house is cleaned and not by me... They are reliable, always there on the day and generally at the time they say.

Cleaning was thorough. I liked the Norwex cloths used. They worked well and left no strong odors other cleaners leave. Tessa did a great job.

The personal touch - Tiara always leaves a nice note and goes above and beyond like washing dishes in the sink or cleaning out our coffee maker. She is fantastic!
