I have asked the cleaner to use a lot of my own products, not real impressed with some of them, EXCEPT the cinnamon carpet spray you should sell that. Traci Rutherford has made my life so easy, she is through and truly cares about my home. My first preference is Traci, always. I do not want anyone else clean my house, with the exception Traci's of her not being there that day, we may can reschedule the day, we can work it out. I like Tessa as well and it there is not solution let me know whose coming.

I especially like having Tiffany coming to our house. She is reliable, punctual, and thorough. She does an excellent job for us every time she is there. She is a real asset to your business.

My service was excellent! I have been raving to everyone! She went above and beyond what was expecting. My place looks and smells so clean! I cannot say enough about the young lady who provided my service.

It goes without saying, having Merry Maids take care of our cleaning needs it priceless. They take their time, the are consistent with their processes and it makes us go, Ahhh, when we walk in the door Every Time!!!

I have only had the service come once for the startup deep clean. They did a great job and were very attentive to areas that had been neglected. The products they used were better than what I had been using except I preferred my own hard wood floor cleaner.

I was very appreciative that MM was able to change my scheduled cleaning last week due to my work schedule conflict. And Brittney did a great job, as always.

The girls were hard working and extremely polite. They left my parent's old home looking (and smelling!) wonderful.
