The workers are all so nice. They are quiet, pleasant, and go about their work diligently. On the rare occasions if I ask for something specific, they always do it and very pleasantly, too.
To be honest, I've never really looked at the products, but my house is clean when they leave and it smells fine. I do not like heavy cleaning smells, so I'm glad they don't use products that are too perfumey or smell like a hospital.
