I like that Merry Maids can be trusted to clean our home to our standards even when we aren't home to monitor their work. I also like that I can request that certain products not be used in my home and that my request will be honored. There have been times when the schedule had to be changed due to vacations and accommodations were made cheerfully.

Most of the time the teams are efficient and friendly, but sometimes things are missed like dusting Venetian blinds. It just depends on the particular team.

I like the good customer service the Merry Maids provide. They are respectful of us and our things. They listen to my special requests such as using no abrasive cleansers on our kitchen sink and cheerfully comply.
