I engage your services weekly in a home with 1 adult and 2 cats. I am satisfied. I may request, at some time, a 'heavy' cleaning' because superficial cleaning is good for a while, but eventually, any home needs a more rigorous cleansing.

Didn't pay any attention to the products, but both of the individuals spent time on their hands and knees cleaning the floors, appliances and stairs.

That's why the place sparkles when their done.

I like that Merry Maids can be trusted to clean our home to our standards even when we aren't home to monitor their work. I also like that I can request that certain products not be used in my home and that my request will be honored. There have been times when the schedule had to be changed due to vacations and accommodations were made cheerfully.

Most of the time the teams are efficient and friendly, but sometimes things are missed like dusting Venetian blinds. It just depends on the particular team.

Everyone is so hard working and friendly and professional.
