It's nice knowing that my home will be cleaned in a thorough and efficient way. The employees are willing to make changes/substitutions to products that smell funny/bad to me (I was recently pregnant). With having now 3 little children, the staff is very flexible and can work around large messes. Merry Maids provides a wonderful service!

From the initial enquiry, the subsequent visit by one of the managers to give a quotation and the cleaning of the home all I can say is well done ...!! this is obviously a company with great values and respect not only for their employees but also for their customers!!

Things were not wet when the cleaners left and the house did not smell like cleaning agents

staff is: enjoyable, pleasurable, nice, agreeable, pleasing, satisfying...they work together in a well-organized and competent way...I purchased my own vacuum for them to use - nice to see that they treat it with respect :-)

I really like the service that we get from Merry Maids. They are efficient and courteous; always leaving our home clean and ready to enjoy! Also, the flexibility of being able to schedule cleanings whenever we need them around my odd work schedule is a bonus.

All of the team have been both pleasant and efficient and great to deal with. Products seem to work well -- specially like the cinnamon scent in vacuums!

I have only one cleaning as to date, but all in all good job.
There were a couple of things I noticed that needed attention.
* Back storm door was not cleaned. nor the French back single door.
* Bottom shelf on hall table not dusted.
* Several pictures were left crooked after dusting.
* If need to move furniture in LR I have sliders for that, we just installed new carpet and do not want to stretch it.

They service was very good, and the lady's did there job, very well. I like the products some more then others though. I like bleach but not that much, even though it gets things very clean. I don't know what product was used on my floor but it got my floor so clean, I love it. Yes I will use molly maids again in the future.

The cleaning is comprehensive and well done.
