I love the way my home smells when Merry Maids have been here.

I like the fact that the maids bring their own cleaning supplies. The house smells clean when they leave, not overpowering in scent or cleaning smell. They are professional and on time. They are friendly and efficient. They have a book to tell them about the house in case a substitute maid is used and not familiar with the house and its particular needs.

Vanessa does a great job. The small things that I really appreciate and value is that she shows up exactly on time every week, she's always pleasant, she knows our house because she is the one who consistently comes to our house, she's efficient, does a good job, and I really appreciate that she takes out our trash, which I never seem to remember to do.

I also appreciate the communication from Merry Maids about the scheduling and when Vanessa is on our way to our house; although, I never have to worry that she won't be there on time.

Your people were good at what they do and didn't waste any time.

The entire process of booking the Merry Maids to the conclusion of the cleaning was easily done and everyone was so pleasant. My house has never looked so clean. I was so very happy with the girls who cleaned the house. Gabby and Ruth were so personable and professional. I don't know what products they used, but whatever they were, they worked well. I intend to have the Merry Maids every 4 or 5 months to get a thorough cleaning.
