You always show up on the days scheduled, as promised. Your staff is friendly and courteous. They do the work efficiently. We like to use a couple of our own products and there is never a problem (our products were pre-approved by Merry Maids when we signed up for service). We also like that Merry Maids uses our vacuum, which is one that has a special filtration system that eliminates all dust in the exhaust (again, approved by Merry Maids when we signed up for service).

I like being able to come home to a clean house! I also enjoy the little touches like the stickers on the toilet paper and paper towels. I really like the cinnamon scent.

Merry Maids has always come to clean my home on schedule with no last minute cancellations. If they need to reschedule due to a holiday, I am given at least 3-4 weeks notice.
The girls are pleasant and friendly, and my house is clean and fresh looking when they are through.
One question. You used to use a cinnamon scented product in my home and I have not had that scent for the last couple of months. Is this product something you no longer use?
