Merry Maids provides excellent customer service and always responds to my calls and emails. Our regular cleaner is Vanessa, who is excellent in cleaning and very courteous with my mom. All of the cleaners who have come are also excellent and do a great job. Lucy, our most recent cleaner, is a sweet person and worked very hard to get the job finished despite a cut on her hand due to something that was broken in the bathroom (our fault, not Lucy’s). The house always smells So fresh after it has been cleaned. I recommend Merry Maids to my friends.

The staff responded very professionally when I failed to leave an openable door at my last scheduled date. With some effort, the staff was able to find my hide-a-key and complete the assignment. They showed patience and creativity in getting the job done.

I like the way everything is nice and clean . Donna is very good at her job , she arrives on time gets everything done ,never have to worry about her forgetting anything . I also in joy the notes they leave on the counter ,saying something nice or something extra they cleaned for you .

I like that the cleaning teams are organized and scheduled by an office staff member. That's something I don't have to do.
I like that the Merry Maids use their own products and equipment. I don't have to worry about anything concerning having any items on hand.
