Susanna and Monica were delightful and good workers. When they finished the major work I wanted cleaned they still had 20 minutes and asked how they could help me. That was very thoughtful and appreciated. I would have no reservation about referring my friends to Merry Maids. The only comment I have is your window charges are too high. I had the house power washed and the windows washing inside and out and the screens and tracks cleaned for less than your windows only quote.

We had a very specific need for this cleaning due to the coming home of an amazing kid battling cancer. This time he was going to be very vulnerable to getting sick so the hospital gave detailed cleaning needs to be completed before he came home. Merry Maids took care of everything on the list and and did an outstanding job! Every contact with every employee of your company was positive and friendly. I like the fact that you try to keep consistent people coming to my home to clean I canceled my previous service because of non consistency and they just started doing a poor job.
I also like the fact that you will actually use a small ladder to reach up and get high places.
The cleaners that I have have always done a good job and are very nice women and they seem to actually enjoy cleaning houses which is a plus it's not just a job for them they take pride in their work.
