The products seem to be just fine. I find, however, that if I have special concerns about scratching (for instance), I make sure to tell the woman to use special care not to be too hard on the porcelain or the chrome.

I have been with Merry Maids for about three years and have liked all of the women, with special affection for a few outstanding ones. I have only had one spat with a girl who begged to differ with me in a rude manner. Other than that, the women are quiet, efficient, and all of them speak English. I appreciate all of those qualities.
