I like that cleaners are trained to clean and use your products to clean. That sets a standard for their service that I can expect each time. Mostly the cleaners have met my expectations. I also like that my cleaning day is set in advance so I know when I can count on having my house cleaned. Your schedulers are easy to speak to and helpful when scheduling issues come up.

I like the upbeat attitudes of two of your recent cleaners, Trinity and Mayra. They cleaned my house for the first time this week and did a great job. They worked quickly and efficiently. My wood vinyl floors look so great when they finished them.

The staff is very helpful. Your products are great and they clean without fear of harming furniture.

Always on time. The products used to clean are excellent— low odor, clean very well, safe. The cleaners are well-trained and usually follow the same routine.
I appreciate the consistency of their training and routines because we do not always get the same cleaner. Even though we don’t have the same cleaner, we can expect a high quality of cleaning each time.

Once a week, I return to a very clean home . They arrive within a half hour time period which is very helpful to us and our schedule. They also make sure it is in the early morning , which is again very convenient and suitable to our routine.

My home had a nice scent. The bath tub on the 2 nd floor had this faint black that would appear and hard to get rid of. The solution that was used cleaned it up. Not sure what you use but it was fantastically clean.

well the cleaning part was alright BUT I was wondering if you train your people when they clean the stove THEY NEED to clean the hood above the stove.I have been with your guys for a long time and I think there was one one person that cleaned the stove hood. I think you need to have a talk with your girls.

The cleaners who come to my mom’s house do an excellent job. The house is cleaned very well and smells fresh. The cleaners themselves are very efficient and hard working. They are also friendly and polite.
