Your staff arrived on time, smiling and ready to work. Amber was their captain. Their customer service is outstanding. Amber asked appropriate questions & listened carefully to my needs & directions. They cleaned well & left almost no trail behind them. (Trail=dirty towels, smears, equipment, missed spots. I have already reccomended them to two people including Kam Lalaguna, partner in Red Bluff Round-up Realty. She came over & was very impressed. Loved having cleaning at all levels ,especially the 5 Ceiling fans & light fixture and crown molding. Keep up the great quality service!!

The ladies are always on time, sometimes even a little early. They leave my home clean to my satisfaction. Whenever I need something different done, they always accommodate my needs. The only thing we are not extremely happy with is the fact that we keep getting different ladies. We would like it very much if we can have at least one that always comes. All the ladies are wonderful and nothing against any of them. Overall, I am very happy with Merry Maids.

I'm very happy with the job that Amber and Stacie are doing. They are a great cleaning team always working very hard to make our home clean.

The organized way your team approaches cleaning my home...and they way it is always PERFECT when they are finished!! Also, there are these little surprise things the team does...like sweep my sidewalk or make a bed and fold the towels I threw on the bed!!

I like that you bring your own products and that it is quick. Not sure what product you use on the tile floors but I am not sure it works that well.

Cleaning was very thorough, specific attention was paid to the areas that I identified as important. The ladies that did the cleaning were expert and certainly did more than I expected. Their attitude, behavior and work ethics reflected a high level of experience and professionalism. I was pleased that you use natural products, my furniture, floors, mirrors etc. all looked great and there is not a thing that I needed to do myself because nothing was left undone. I'm very pleased, and look forward to their scheduled cleaning days. I'm particularly thankful that all the fans were cleaned, as well as the tops of all of my cabinets, something I could never do myself!
