First, the girls are always prompt. Each girl has different qualities, but all do a good job. They are always agreeable to do something extra when asked. We were impressed last week when Jen and Lori noticed balls of dust on a metal wall hanging in the front room and spent time cleaning it well. If my memory serves, it was a first!

House was vary clean, people were through and polite.

Most of the ladies that come to the office and clean are very up beat, happy, and smiling. That is something that we find to be very important. No one wants to do business with a grumpy employee...and occasionally we do get one or two, but for the most part the girls are great!

Your services are beyond compare. I have had household help off and on for 15 years here in Redding.....the care taken with my home by your staff is precise and immaculate!

I like that I can count on Merry Maids to be here at a regularly scheduled time with smiles on your faces. Your workers are professional, pleasant and hard working. I like the majority of your cleaning products, but like that some of the products I prefer can also be used. We are very happy clients!

Reliable and punctual

The Merry Maids were very efficient. They accomplished all the tasks given and came up with solutions to household chores beyond those given. I'm very pleased with their use of "green" products, as I have pets and I don't have to worry about negative effects from strong chemicals.
