Professionalism, timeliness, quality of cleaning.

We would like to commend one person in particular, Jamie S. She is extremely hard working, pays attention to detail and is very careful of everything, always. In fact, she goes above and beyond, doing extra and arranging things when they need arranging. She takes the initiative and is patient and thorough training newbies. She even brings treats for our dog. She is cheerful, pleasant and a joy to be around. She has a very positive attitude and is creative.

We never worry about company dropping in unannounced because our house is sparkling clean, with environmentally safe products. We do not use any pesticides outside or potentially harmful products indoors. And each time it is such a pleasure to have a clean house. We feel like we have been given a fresh opportunity.

I am overall pleased with Merry Maids. If I request some certain cleaning, the ladies are always very friendly and responsive.

I came home from a short trip to a clean, shiny home! I don't know about products, because I don't know what is used. My bathtub in the guest bath seems like it needs extra work. There is a band that is not completely removed. Very happy besides this one thing😊

You seem to use more natural cleaning products eg. vinegar and water on my floors. Your girls are very friendly and helpful.
