Smells fresh and looks spotless

A confession first.... I didn't see the before OR after. I arranged an apartment cleaning for my daughter's friend who was moving to finish her schooling. But here are the two things I know. First, the woman I spoke with on the phone, and who helped me arrange this (her name is Brittany, I think) was so wonderful and nice. She's a keeper.
I also heard from my daughter that your employees made the place look brand new. I take that to mean that your employees did an excellent job.

I have been very happy with the cleanliness of my home when I get hime after merry maids comes. I am also pleasantly surprised that they always go out of thier way to go above and beyond the servixes that I have contracted them for while staying in the hour and a half window that I pay for.

The girls are always on time friendly and efficient! I have a lot of animal fur and they are always able to clean it. I'm very impressed with their ability to do so.. Last month I had burned a pot on the stove and I had tried to clean it and wasn't able to. The girls came a couple weeks later and to my extreme surprise they had my stove sparkling!!! Good job girls!!!

Your staff arrived on time, smiling and ready to work. Amber was their captain. Their customer service is outstanding. Amber asked appropriate questions & listened carefully to my needs & directions. They cleaned well & left almost no trail behind them. (Trail=dirty towels, smears, equipment, missed spots. I have already reccomended them to two people including Kam Lalaguna, partner in Red Bluff Round-up Realty. She came over & was very impressed. Loved having cleaning at all levels ,especially the 5 Ceiling fans & light fixture and crown molding. Keep up the great quality service!!

The ladies are always on time, sometimes even a little early. They leave my home clean to my satisfaction. Whenever I need something different done, they always accommodate my needs. The only thing we are not extremely happy with is the fact that we keep getting different ladies. We would like it very much if we can have at least one that always comes. All the ladies are wonderful and nothing against any of them. Overall, I am very happy with Merry Maids.
