Tiffany & ? did a good. Greeted me on arrival & we reviewed job together. They have good customer service skills, polite and reviewed their task list with me. I was in the house for a short while & we arranged when I would leave so they could clean certain areas. They did a good job cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen & including window sills & blinds. Carpets & floors also clean .

I was very happy with the service & cleaning that the 2 ladies did in such a fast & timely manner. They even had some extra time to do a few extras like lemon oil my grandfather clock & my china cabenits. They even got all the racket ball marks off the wall from our 4 previous dogs. I have never been able to get it off before. The deep cleaning in my husband's bathroom was great. I will b calling for the same 2 ladies again!!

I am not sure what product is used in our home. Usually has no smell or a polished smell which is fine. When ever something is missed, the ladies always get it the next time. Could of used a little bit more concentration on the floors this time around, but I know next time they will be fine.

Your dependability more than anything. Some things become more important as we age and you made the effort to have the same lead person come to my house consistently when possible. I appreciate that. When looking for a house cleaning person I was wanting to get a personal reference from one of my neighbors or a friend. We are new to the area though so had to go online to find someone.
We saw Merry Maids of Redding I cautiously gave them a call. The young woman that answered was very professional and friendly ( Brittny).
I scheduled for someone to come and give me an estimate ( another Brittny)
She was also professional, friendly and intelligent.
I scheduled a cleaning for the next day. A team of of 3 came( one of them was named Brittny too!). They worked with speed and grace . They were meticulous and thorough. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.
