Thorough and consistent

They did such an amazing and thorough job! The house smelled so fresh and clean when I opened the door. We have hardwood floors that we thought would never come clean, but they got up every last bit of dust and animal hair.

The young ladies that work at my house are always polite and thorough.

We very much appreciate the professional manner always demonstrated by Jessica and her assistants (now Ashley). They always do what is asked of them (even when it's a bit out of the ordinary) and they do it well. They are so friendly, courteous, and competent. And we especially appreciate their willingness to try to be here at the same time each visit. They also are great with our dogs!

You come into my home, do your job efficiently, and are gone. Your products must be good because everything looks good when you leave.

The women who come to clean are very polite and friendly. I enjoy meeting them and they work hard and seem to care about my home through their attention to detail. I am able to communicate easily with all the nice Merry Maids.

The products are fresh and seem mild-- I do not like harsh cleansers and am glad Merry Maids does not use anything overly harsh for cleansers.

You can usually come at the times I need you although I am not on a regular schedule. The cleaning has always been thorough, exceptional even. The women have been pleasant and courteous when I have been there during a clean.

The service is consistently excellent and the staff can be counted on to be punctual. Staff is friendly, and phone calls are answered and followed through on.

I lke that Merry Maids is dependable, they show up. Secondly, I like that there is a person in the office when I have qustions. I feel that Merry Maids makes every effort to give me cleaning job I want using the people I want to do them.

I love the smells after you leave, and most of your workers have been good, efficient and careful. All have been friendly. I've appreciated their efforts, although there are almost always little things still to be done after a cleaning. I'm not sure exactly what I pay for and what I don't, so I have never complained. All the major tasks always get done. That's what's important. Thank you.

That you come regularly, keep the spiders under control and let me know if there is a problem in the house

They are extremely professional-- they do a superb job without having to be specifically told what to do, and if there are extras you ask for they do them as well. I love their friendliness and willingness to do whatever is required. And they are great with dogs too!
