As I have always said, they excel at sparkling bathrooms and kitchens. However, the dry side of things still has its "misses." I didn't call it in this time because it seems like I am always calling in and am beginningt to think my expectations are too high for the short length of time they are here. However, that's why I added more deeps. This time, they missed a ceiling fan in a deep room (master bedroom) and also the lamp bases (not the sides but the way the lamps are shaped, there is a little circular ledge at the top of the base. It's not that I go looking for dust but you can't miss it when you turn on the lamp.

When I first contracted with them, Deb told me they are not permitted (fogr safety reasons) to clean anything they can't reach from a stepladder. Since I don't often get up on a stepladder myself, it was only this weekend when I was changing clocks that I noticed in more than one room that tops of frames which would possibly be higher than without a stepladder (depending on how tall the Merry Maid is) had months of dirt on them. Would not matter if this was a recent deep or not--the accumulations was beyond that. I wiped off some of them from the stepladder but I did not go around searching for others which were not on my route of resetting clocks.

These are little things (and they are more from past visits) but overall, it's still better than having to clean the entire house on my own.

The Merry Maids team usually does a great job cleaning our house and it is nice to be able to depend on them for this service every other week. We are overall very pleased with the service and we have recommended them to other families. Thanks!
