Staff show up at designated time frequently. Staff are thorough and consistently so from week to week. Staff is also friendly.
MM usually does a good job - seldom leaving areas left unclean. If someone has an "off" week and misses something, the next cleaning is back on track. It's a lovely feeling coming home to a clean home!
I just started with Merry Maids so I am still in the introductory stage. The first time was ok---some issues. After I emailed my concerns, the second time was so much better! Seemed like more attention to detail was done and laminate flooring looked so much better. So nice to come home to a clean house.
When we have a consistent cleaning team, they are very thorough. I can usually tell when there is a "substitute" because I find little things that are missed but that the consistent team always does. I.e. moving a small table to dust under and around it. The house always smells good when they are finished, so the products are acceptable.
