Merry Maids is prompt, always reliable. They use environmentally safe products, and treat our home with care.

I was very happy with the first cleaning except for the wood floors which had a dull finish from the cleaning products. After a call to the office, I was very happy that they were able to send the same crew back to try it again with another product that was much better.

Business-like in behavior, leaving me feeling pleased with their presence, effort, and work. The products seem to be very satisfactory, leaving no chemical smells -- even avoiding the 'fresh smell' of air sprays, which just pollute the air. Bravo.

When we have a consistent cleaning team, they are very thorough. I can usually tell when there is a "substitute" because I find little things that are missed but that the consistent team always does. I.e. moving a small table to dust under and around it. The house always smells good when they are finished, so the products are acceptable.

The team always does a great job and are a pleasure to be around.

They are very professional-- they understand exactly what is needed and don't need to be reminded and they are open to special requesests-- they are so friendly and are great with the dogs too!
