Housecleaning staff are thorough and do an excellent job with basic cleaning. They do more than just wipe surfaces but really get out the grit. Also cleaners willing to use my vacuum cleaner which is stronger than the ones they carry. Also cleaners always friendly.

Thoroughness of the cleaning regimen. Our house looks good and all areas receive attention. Baseboards are cleaned and the next time window blinds. The kitchen is always spotless every time. Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned every time, along with carpet, linens changed every time. We are very satisfied with the cleaning personnel. They are pleasant and well dressed.

The products have no/low odor -- the cinnamon in the baths the exception, but pleasant. Your employees are always unobtrusive, helpful, and congenial without being 'chatty.' I appreciate their business-like, professional attitude.
