I like the ease of scheduling. I also like that the staff are friendly as far as products I haven’t asked what they use, but for myself I would like to smell something with a citrus fragrance.

Do a good job, friendly, reliable, trustworthy.

They are always prompt and do a thorough job quickly.
I especially like Hope, Annette and Sophia. They go overboard in their work around the house.

Great work done by a professional crew

I called for a quick turnaround cleaning of a house we were moving into and they responded right away with an appointment confirmation. They worked efficiently and effectively--and got the job done very well :)

The housecleaners at Merry Maids are highly professional. They are typically more thorough cleaners than other services I've had in Bloomington. It's always great to come home to a really clean house!
