They are so professional, friendly, competent, amazingly efficient -- I'm so impressed by how much and how well they get things done in as short at time as they do. They are always willing to do extras, and they think to do things on their own that would be especially helpful. They are great!

Merry Maids is very responsive to any concerns I have and to any changes in scheduling I may need to make. They are very cooperative and I have been pleased with the cleaning that I am having done. The times I have had interactions with the actual individuals that come and clean have been very good and they have even left me notes about my sweet dog!

I've had Kayla and most recently Olivia doing my cleaning & have had the chance to meet both & they have done an excellent job. As far as products, I want environmental products used.

Claudia, and those that work with her (Megan) do a great job. They are not only very professional, but are such pleasant people.

Everyone is very friendly and always does a great job at cleaning our facility.

Our cleaners are extremely good and reliable. I wish, however, that we could depend on one specific time rather than a range of an hour. I think this might be unrealistic though.

I have found all of the girls to be efficient, professional, warm and friendly. I could not be more appreciative of their services. The products are wonderful - always so fresh and clean smelling. Thank you for this wonderful service you provide to folks who are no longer able to provide this kind of cleaning themselves.
