I have had Merry Maids clean my home every 2 weeks for 17 years!

I like that Merry Maids always arrives as scheduled (every other Wednesday afternoon) and I never have to wonder if they're coming. With that said, I have called to reschedule when necessary without any problem.

I feel the house is cleaner after the Merry Maids leave than ANYthing I could do myself. I don't have to buy many cleaning products; rags, mops, or anything else as they are all provided. I have tile, hardwood, granite and carpet and each is cleaned with the appropriate product. The surfaces are so clean and shiny and without streaks or harsh smells.

I have a very good vacuum cleaner but the ones Merry Maids uses is far superior and again, I just can't seem to vacuum as nicely or neatly as they do. They even carom my sofa's cushions, on top and underneath which takes more energy that I possess.

I also feel safer with Merry Maids because other independent cleaning services do not have the backing of being insured and bonded--even if they tell you they are! I know from a very bad experience I had 20 years ago.

The ladies do a good cleaning job usually. Sometimes,with a different lady things don't quite come up to what I have had with a previous employee.
I understand they're trained in the same way but the job doesn't quite end up as I think they were trained.
