Friendly workers. Efficient service.

Merry Maids is very reliable and arrive just when expected. They bring their own cleaning supplies, cloths and a great vacuum cleaner. The cleaners they use leave no residue and very little scent which I really appreciate.

The Merry Maids are very efficient, respectful and work quietly. I love that they leave the WHOLE house sparkling at the same time. (If I do it, there's liable to be 2 rooms cleaned at a time and never the whole house at once.)

The Merry Maids office is available to take my call during business hours if I have to change a scheduled date and they are happy to do so.

Most important to me is the liability insurance they carry which private housekeepers rarely have. I learned the hard way that this is essential!

I have been a customer of Merry Maids for 18 years so I'm obviously very happy with them. I love that the whole house is clean at one time! I don't have to think about cleaning products because they bring their own that leave no scents or residue and leave my house sparkling. They also bring their own cloths, scrubbers, polishes, high-powered vacuums, and everything else needed to leave my home beautiful. These ladies and gentlemen work very hard and I appreciate their courtesy and diligence so much.

I have had Merry Maids clean my home every 2 weeks for 17 years!

I like that Merry Maids always arrives as scheduled (every other Wednesday afternoon) and I never have to wonder if they're coming. With that said, I have called to reschedule when necessary without any problem.

I feel the house is cleaner after the Merry Maids leave than ANYthing I could do myself. I don't have to buy many cleaning products; rags, mops, or anything else as they are all provided. I have tile, hardwood, granite and carpet and each is cleaned with the appropriate product. The surfaces are so clean and shiny and without streaks or harsh smells.

I have a very good vacuum cleaner but the ones Merry Maids uses is far superior and again, I just can't seem to vacuum as nicely or neatly as they do. They even carom my sofa's cushions, on top and underneath which takes more energy that I possess.

I also feel safer with Merry Maids because other independent cleaning services do not have the backing of being insured and bonded--even if they tell you they are! I know from a very bad experience I had 20 years ago.
