I like the services. Some of the products smell petroleum based. The floor cleaner has soap in it, so I sometimes have to remove with a non soap product to get rid of the sticky residue. Otherwise it's great.

The cleaners work hard, are dedicated to doing a good job, and understand any special requests about the most attention during a particular visit.

Communicating about the visit schedule online is very convenient.

Thorough cleaning

I am satisfied most of the time but lately I have felt that they rush through my house. When they move things to clean they do not put them back. They do not empty the bathroom waste baskets. the micro wave oven isn't wiped out or cleaned and the toilet paper roll isn't folded.The kitchen sink doesn't shine and the island quartz doesn't look cleaned.
I don't usually check them but these are a few things I have noticed lately.
The ladies are always very nice.
