The staff is always on-time, very courteous and friendly. We have had no problems at all with the service. Spot checks have been conducted at the location by Merry Maids management and we have never noted any problems.

I particularly like the products you use to clean with. For two days, my apartment still was perfumed with the aroma of your cleaning products. I love your vacuum cleaner; I don't know when my carpeting has looked so good.

Thoroughness in cleaning and the products used were very good; going above and beyond to clean items/areas even though I hadn't specified them. They removed a dark stain in my bathtub, which I've not been able to do; my blinds actually look clean, as did my fans and stove. Anna and Maria knocked themselves out for the whole 2 hours. I was impressed that a supervisor would come out to review their work.

I would like to set up another appointment. As long as I can afford it, I'd like to have a monthly cleaning.

I like all the products and services except:

please do not make up my bed "hotel style" where the blanket is shorter than the sheet at the top of the bed. I like the blanket and sheet to be the same. I've asked this several times.

Smelling nice when i get home. Carpet lines, show its been cleaned. Not reeking of bleech. The ladies are very very nice.

The women who clean my house are amazing! I have three children, two dogs and a husband so, my house can become very disorganized very quickly. When I come home from work after Merry Maids has cleaned it's amazing how orderly and clean my house is!

I love the continuity of the same ladies each time I'm scheduled for services. If my furniture requires a special product, the ladies comply with using additional suggested products. Rosa and Emma care for my home as if it were their home. They deserve an A+++!
