I like having a team of 2. Some cleaning companies use 3 or 4, and that is just overwelming. But 2 is just right--I feel that with a team of 2, each encourages excellence from the other. I have a once-a-month service, and I've been a Merry Maids home client for nearly 10 years, and my son was a business client before that until he moved. As a monthly client, I chose service on the same day of the same week each month rather than the same date each month. As a result I don't always have the same team, but no matter what team comes, they always do a good job.
